Bikram Sambat, throughout
Dates are in Bikram Sambat everywhere: the academic calendar, attendance, invoices, exams, payroll months and reports, with the month names your school uses. A school that keeps AD dates runs in AD instead — one calendar on every page, never two mixed.

Terminal exams, GPA and report cards
Run exams the way Nepali schools do — unit tests, the first and second terminals and the final — named by the school and added up the way it decides. Marks become letter grades and GPA on the school’s own scale, a subject can have theory and practical parts, and report cards print in the school’s design, on its letterhead.

Fees paid online
Parents pay online from the website or the app, with the e-wallets and bank accounts the school accepts. Each payment is checked with the payment gateway until it settles; the invoice is then marked paid and the receipt is ready — no screenshots of a transfer sent to the office.

Payroll years the Nepali way
Financial years run from Shrawan to Ashadh, apart from academic years, and each closes on its own. Tax slabs and deductions are entered by the school’s accountant for each financial year, so the figures are always the ones your accountant has checked.
