Fees & accounting
Fees in, books balanced — without a spreadsheet in sight
Invoices go out every month without missing one, families pay at the counter or from their phone, and every payment posts to the school’s own books — with a receipt the family sees at once.

Fees set once, invoices every month
Set what each class pays and when, and the month’s invoices are made in one run, in order — no month can be skipped. A fee added later is billed without redoing the month, and a one-off charge goes to just one student.
- Fees by class, and optional fees per student
- The month’s invoices in one run, never with a gap
- A fee added after billing, invoiced on its own
- One-off charges for a single student

Discounts, scholarships, reminders and late fines
Scholarships and discounts per student, brothers and sisters together, and something off one month’s fee when the school agrees. Families are reminded before an invoice is due; after it, the late fine is charged on time — or let off, with the reason kept.

Paid at the counter, or from the phone
A payment at the counter prints a receipt. Parents can pay online from the website or the app, with the e-wallets and bank accounts the school accepts — and each online payment is checked with the payment gateway until it is settled, so nothing sits “pending” for good.
- Receipts printed, and printed again
- Online payments with e-wallets and bank accounts
- Each payment checked with the gateway until it settles
- Advance payments and credit, used on the next invoices; credit refunded
- A payment reversed, or an invoice cancelled with a credit note

Who still owes, at a glance
The defaulters list puts the students who owe first, most owed at the top, for one year or every year at once — with dues carried from an earlier year marked. Accounts receivable groups every unpaid invoice by how overdue it is, and the payment counter opens on the students with dues.

The school’s books, kept as it goes
Fees, payments, expenses, supplier bills and sales over the counter post to the school’s chart of accounts as they happen. Journal entries are posted or reversed — never quietly edited — and the trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow are always up to date.
- A chart of accounts, and the accounts each kind of entry posts to
- Expenses and supplier bills recorded and paid
- Sales over the counter — uniforms, books, the canteen — and returns
- Payment, journal and contra vouchers
- Opening balances to start, and financial years closed and opened
