Akshara is built by Akshara Labs on ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, React and Flutter, and checked by hundreds of automated test cases before each release.
Hosted and looked after by Akshara Labs, or installed on the school’s own server. A signed licence switches on the parts each school uses.
Each school’s data lives in a database of its own — never mixed with another school’s.
The whole system runs in BS, or in AD for a school that prefers it, with its own month names.
Schools and colleges switch on the parts they need; menus show each person only what their role opens.
The bell and the bus map update as things happen, without anyone reloading a page.
Biometric attendance devices, receipt and card printers, and the bus’s GPS — read and written by Akshara itself.
